Our hotel is located on the edge of the historic old town, directly on the Jues Lake. The town's main landmark is the "Herzberger Welfenschloss" (Herzberg Castle) and is easy to reach by car but also on foot. We are situated very near to the actual centre of Germany ensuring plenty of relaxing day trips are easy to organise. We would be happy to assist you with your planning.

Thanks to generous parking facilities directly at the hotel, there are no restrictions even for larger groups.

Bus tour groups from 30 persons

The hotel is located directly on the lake, which you can walk around in about an hour. The historic old town is only a few hundred metres away. The town's main landmark is the "Herzberg Castle" which can also be easily reached by bus. Wernigerode, Braunlage, Goslar, Duderstadt, Sangerhausen, Quedlinburg or the Kyffhäuser are no more than an hour's bus ride away and are all great choices for a relaxing day trip. Naturally, we will gladly assist you with the planning of excursions or the organisation of tour guides.
